I never in my life been so upset and dissatisfied about a service and their customer service! In short - the sales men are amazing, personable and highly trained. They promise you the moon and the stars. Beware, once payment is made, the entire experience is a complete nightmare. A whole YEAR later and my website still isn’t completed. This has held up marketing and so many opportunities missed. The “manager” is in charge of my site yet he cannot be reached, doesn’t return calls or messages. There was absolutely no effort, creativity, professional or initiative put into my website. They just copy and pasted the template they had me choose and expected me to write 9 pages of content even though content writing and SEO was supposed to be included. $2,300 down the drain. I’m only writing this to warn others. Don’t question it, RUN from this “company”!

I also hired Zoek to improve my website’s Google ranking and enhance my website overall, but the experience was a complete disappointment. Their sales pitch sounded promising, and I believed it would be a good investment for my business. However, after paying thousands of dollars, they provided minimal support and failed to improve my rankings and my website. When I voiced my concerns, their only solution was to push me into another six-month contract, making it clear they were more focused on maximizing their own profits than delivering results. This company is a total waste of time and money. They are selective in who they help and I strongly recommend reading their customer reviews and cancellation policies carefully before signing anything.

We had an extremely unprofessional experience with Zoek. Starting with being lied to at the beginning of our relationship to shoddy work throughout, charging us for edits for their own mistakes, errors and more on the platform they created for us and more. Only to get to the end of the process and learning that the site they created for us (after spending thousands of dollars for) could not and would not ever connect to our POS system and inventory. (note that is the lie they told us at the start). After months of work, we ended up with nothing. Chad, Jose and the team just passed the buck. (more lies to 'look into this' and offer 'a resolution' which never transpired) After multiple conversations, and a promise to make something work out for us, they never get back to us and have never made one attempt to make it right in our eyes - which is some type of refund. We work hard to make our small shop a success and they basically robbed us of our time, creativity, effort and money. Hard to recover from after our region was hit by two devastating hurricanes and we lost our second location. Did they care? Nope. Would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. If you are talking to them now, stop and run the other way and find someone locally to help.
