Before visiting Del Webb Nocatee, I didn’t even know planned communities like this existed. They don’t in Oregon! I absolutely LOVE living in this community, attending fitness classes with some top notch trainers, making new friends who I know will be friends for life. To be able to have a lovely restaurant right on our premises with such lovely amenities. I wish EVERYONE could retire like this! ❤️

We moved in last year. All I can say is we have great neighbors, great amenities, great event coordinator, and our permanent amenity center just opened and Pulte did not skimp. We are so happy and fortunate to be here and part of this community——our new HOME!!! We look forward to retiring soon.

And can I mention that Nocatee is #1 active community with a full calendar of amenities of its own and a number of parks with pools and activities for all ages.

It’s beyond living in a resort area!
