First time coming to this experience. Staff were very lovely and welcoming. Justin made the experience very nice, answered any questions and ensured we enjoyed our time. Using the equipment was a very thrilling, with every experience being unique in its way. Some relaxing and some more action centred. Will definitely be coming back!

Not good value for money in my opinion. I bought a party package for 12 people at £300. People only got 1 go each on VR machines whilst the rest of the venue was practically empty but we were not allowed to use the other machines. Also had to pay £30 cash to bring cake for a birthday party! There were console games and Staff were pleasant and helpful but wouldn’t budge on allowing us to use use any other VR equipment.

We went yesterday for the first time. I did have a good time. The first game, which seems to be the highlight of the treadmill platform, (although there was no running thank goodness) was the best, but it took a bit of getting used to. The staff are friendly and helpful. I did enjoy myself.

I gave it only 3 stars purely because it seems unorganized and unclear to me. Firstly the website, when I tried to book for 3 people it only gave me the option of time. So I was unsure if it meant the same thing. The website also doesn't make it clear what games you're booking for. I booked the platform, but they have so many VR games I didn't know what exactly was included. And if you have a go on everything 1 hour is not long enough.
Also the selection of games. Apparently they have a few games on the different platforms but how do I know? I was asked if I know what game I want to play but there was no option to choose. So we just had to go on the recommendation of the staff which is fine but it would be nice to know what games they have so you don't waste time playing games that are for little kids.

And finally, it would have been really handy if the staff could ask which hand preference you are before you play the games. My brother was left handed but had to use the right handed controller making it a little hard to get used to. And some place to safely store your bags and coats would be helpful and offering a service where someone doesn't mind taking pictures/ videos while you're on the game would be a nice touch.

The experience in itself was good. But with a few improvements it would be much better!

Great place and experience. We went there for the VR zombies experience but ended up doing the other experiences which included VR bike racing and the VR rollercoaster. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Will definitely visit again.
