Computer Rescue 911 is a great company and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of computer repair. My computer skills, and particularly fixing problems are minimal. My problem was that my monitor screen had gone dark and would not power back up. I called CR 911 and made an appointment. Christian DeBoer showed up at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The monitor was no longer working. Fortunately for me CR 911 sells monitors among other computer parts. He returned to their offices and was back quickly. He installed the new monitor, and I am using it to type this review. Christian was friendly and professional and very helpful. The cost for the monitor and his work was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend Computer Rescue 911 of Grand Rapids to anyone in need of computer repairs or service. They are the best!

I was relieved when I reached someone on the other end of the line that spoke English well enough that I could understand. These guys really know there stuff and repaired my software issues in one day and were very reasonable compared with the competition here in Grand Rapids. Being a Baby Boomer with little if any knowledge of computer software, I felt completely lost when my desktop crashed due to getting hacked. (What an empty feeling). After speaking with Ray for five minutes, my paranoia was gone and I knew I was in good hands. Thanks for your patients, understanding and expertise.

These guys are the best. I had bought a new Apple laptop through Geek Squad but they couldn’t transfer files from my old Apple Laptop. They told me it was encrypted and there was nothing they could do. I went to Rescue 911 and they had it transferred in no time, saying there was nothing encrypted. Geek Squad doesn’t know what they are doing. Rescue 911 are real pros!! Very highly recommended.

Computer Rescue fixed my laptop quickly and it works perfectly fine now. They explained the costs and process up-front and did exactly what they said they would do. It fixed the problem. I would recommend them.

I've worked with Brent twice this year to get my laptop's two fans replaced, one after the other! He was very attentive and informative the whole way through, and kept me updated with the process of repairs. Even as a pretty novice computer nerd myself, I felt as though the problems and solutions were being very well explained, and that helped me make sensible decisions about the repair work going forward.
I've been bringing my machines to this shop for years, and they're always super friendly, punctual, and considerate of their clients! They're there to resolve the issues and make the whole engagement as stress-free for their customers as is possible, and Brent is an exemplar of that philosophy!

I am a chiropractor and came back from vacation to a big computer problem first thing monday morning. Ugggg....I spoke with Christian who recognized my situation and sent out his onsite person Jason that same day. Jason was super knowlegable and fixed my problem and was the cost was reasonable. He even offered some advice to shut down some other future problems before they even started. I will be using them as our future go to people for all our tech needs and I highly recommend them!! I needed some replacement motherboard mounting screws for a second hand case. They were the only ones in Grand Rapids that had any to sell. They were really friendly and helpful as well. Definitely coming back any time I need parts. Thanks!

Very helpful with my Mac book that had a broken screen! Got it fixed super fast and customer service was great! Highly recommend taking your laptop to them rather than shipping your Mac into Apple for Apple care service.
