Working with Macey was an incredible experience from start to finish. Her guidance and exceptional customer service made purchasing my first home a breeze. She was always available to answer my questions and provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. I couldn't have done it without her dedication and expertise. If you're looking to buy a home, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Macey! One thing they did not relay to me was their partnership with adt allows you a credit to get a full home security system. This allows you to feel safe and lowers your mortgage insurance. David is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the details of new homes. He's a professional and a good friend who treats the customer like a family member. Deserves more than 5 stars! I was treated as a VIP the moment I entered their grounds. They were very informative, knowledgeable, kind, and never pushy.
What a perfect home investment!More affordable than renting and I get to build equity! And in such a lovely community that will continue to beautify as the landscape matures. A wonderful mix of home plans that include everything you see, not a bunch of upgrades that I can't afford. Was a wonderful treat to look at a home where everything was "what you see is what you get" and no one was pushing me to upgrade. And with in-house financing too! I couldn't recommend more!
