It took 3 redos but I’m happy they were willing to honor redoing your mold if any reason your grill don’t fit and Oh yea baby 3rd time was a charm I’m coming back for my tops thx to Calico and his crew.. awready 🤘🏾🫶🏾

Sold me a set 2 piece I ordered 14kt he lied and put 10k. I took it to be appraisal it was approved. I also ordered a baby angel instead they put a cross on my joint. Ya know I don't like crosses but anyway he did refund me 40.00 for the design

They’re so trash , they do bad jobs and don’t offer refunds even when the grill doesn’t fit , bad communication and they’ll lie about time it’ll take for production

The first time I went and got the grill wrong the second time they told me to come on Saturday a week later they said they were closed that now they’re talking about come Monday now I’m waiting I paid $200 we shall see do not come here I repeat do not come here

Do not come to this hole in the wall “GRILL” seller.

Here’s my experience. I went in and got my mold made and paid $341 up front to an older gentleman. I was quoted 5-7 business days. I will get a call (remember that part).

I get a text the next day saying the mold had broke and need to remake it. Alright?

I wait 2 weeks before I HAD to call and I assume the son answered. He’s saying I’ll call you Saturday when it will be done for SURE.
I did not receive a call or text. I called the next week and the older gentleman said it was in.

I arrived to find out it didn’t fit.. (I’m getting agitated now). We basically had to make a 3rd mold. I get a text a week later.

Finally after a MONTH and some wasted gas I get my grill that fit “slightly” better than the initial wrong sized one. The son (the heavy) was there this time. A week later and it still feels off.

They. did. not. care. at. all.

(NO REFUNDS DUE TO CUSTOM SIZING)

So the money stays.. even after botched jobs and poor customer service.

Save your money and take it else where. Sure wish I did.

Man, this place is very professional and accurate when it comes to service. When I first moved to Arizona, I dropped my grill off to get my diamonds reset. He bought my old grill and molded me for a new, flooded out 6 piece top grill. Not to mention he kept my grill for over a year until I returned. Top notch service and I recommend this place to anyone!!! #MGG
