The team at the Printed Marketplace are focused on customers and product like no other. I needed jackets and caps for an upcoming cruise, had a tight deadline, and knew virtually nothing about the process on to get a logo embroidered on apparel.

They handheld me through the whole process from choosing the items, adjusting the logo so it could be embroidered, through to fulfillment and shipment. All the while providing continuous support, communication, and expertise. The products came in time and are gorgeous! In these days of outsourced customer service, working with the Printed Marketplace was an outstanding and exceptional experience!

Derek and the team at Printed Marketplace were extremely nice, communicative, and helpful with placing my order. Proofs were sent, adjustments were made, details were well organized and put together, and the order was packaged safe and sound. Even with placing my order around the holidays, they were honest about time and realistic expectations and that’s the best customer service you can give! A+++++ professional, PATIENT, sellers!! They pay attention to the details & they work with you editing until it's EXACTLY what you want. Zoom in on the black & white photo to see how they arranged the song lyrics! (It is the song I walked down the aisle too which made it that much more special to us.) I ordered 3 canvas photos in total, (1- 16x20 & 2- 11x14's) and we love them all so much, but the black & white one is our fave! Order from them in confidence, you won't regret it! 😀

I have never been more disappointed when I got my order from this company. They changed my order and sent me the wrong sizes then would not stand up and say they did it wrong they blamed it on me. I was able to reorder and but I have all kinds of product I can not use. So this order which was thousands of dollars has cost us more than it should have. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away.

Love the ski trail maps that Printed Marketplace makes! We’ve ordered several of them for the different resorts we’ve skied at and love the collection. And visiting skier friends always ask where we got them from so they can order a few 🙂 Lastly, Derek has been great to work with over the years which is an additional bonus - thanks!
