Virtual Reality Experiences

We used Virtual Reality Experiences in April 2024 as part of our clients World event aimed at clients and partners. With over 600 attending and two virtual flight experiences the traffic kept the team busy. With lots of elements within the whole event it was both appreciated and valued that the Virtual Reality Experiences team required minimal supervision and were able to be left to instigate and manage not only the experiences but also the associated competition we were running. They were professional and our clients, their clients and partners were all full of praise and the photos and feedback stats proved their value in helping us to deliver a world class event.

Our organisation rented the VR headsets for a corporate event, which were a huge success. VRE were incredibly helpful from start to finish, with loading the content onto the headsets, quickly shipping them and providing a tutorial before hand via Zoom. The communication was excellent from start to finish and would certainly recommend to others!

We used Virtual Reality Experiences within our event. All I can say is that the team are very helpful and took care of everything. They helped with Virtual room setup and design. Attended the site ahead of the event to ensure the facility's were fit for purpose (testing WiFi, power points and so on). They also delivered training to some of our internal staff ahead of the meeting. On the day they attended the physical site with two people and setup promptly. They had three members of staff within the Virtual space during the day also. Which were really helpful and made sure everyone who joined had a great time. We had fantastic feedback from our guest on the VR Experience most of which had never used or even seen a VR headset before.
