We held my daughter's birthday party here - Laura and the team were amazing, really calming and kind to some of the children who were a little nervous of the games, and obviously had a real passion for what they do. Everyone had a brilliant time. We will be back!

I don’t usually post reviews but I had to today because the staff were so lovely, they made sure we had an amazing time and we went for my brothers birthday. They were so nice and accommodating, they even gave us free extra tokens when they heard it was my brothers birthday

Popped into here on our way out of the centre and so glad we did. There were 7 of us ranging from 7 years old to 45. There was something for each one of us and it was soooo much fun. The staff were fantastic and I would definitely recommend going here.

My son absolutely loves it here. The machines are awesome and really high tech. Both Tom and the lady that work there are so kind and welcoming, they are a credit to the business. Looking forward to our next visit ?

This place is a really good addition to Lock Meadow.
We came here on a Sunday with my 7 and 10 year old. There are 7 experiences to try, from racing, flying robots, 360 experience, and explorer.
Each experience was good, with some being a few minutes long.
On the downside, the tokens are expensive, especially if you're paying for a family to go on each experience. You get 5 tokens for £10 with each experience using 2 or 3 tokens per person.
The setup is very compact, making it hard to see who's queuing for what . Causing some people to not know you've been queuing way before them, but giving off attitude that they should go next.
The space also makes it hard to see where you are supposed to buy the tokens once it is busy.
When it came to each experience, some of them weren't fully programmed, so you only had the one option. The experience that is outside, the machine is not secured and will completely move off the slabs when it's moving. Finally, the cage experience was temperamental. One minute, it was working, and then the next it wasn't.

Good games been there a few times withe my children, however today came across a very rude employee who refused to give me a refund literally 20 mins after I paid, spoke to the manager and was vilified and asked to leave baring in mind it was a phone call, they are supposed to offer a refund if you haven't used the service yet and you are unhappy or have changed your mind. I'll be reluctant to return.

Went to VR World for the first time today and your employer (apologies I should of got his name) was very welcoming and polite, he was very good with the kids and made it a really good experience. He took time to explain to the kids what is going to happen and really enjoyed our time. Would definitely go again
