VERY DODGY, STAY AWAY. Offer was accepted and was requested to send ID docs, proof of funds etc. Once provided they decided to go with someone else.

Dont bother buying from these agents. Time wasters and very dodgy if there going to ask for all your personal documents without following the offer through

I have recently sold my property in Borehamwood and was recommended to Stevie of Carringtons. The second group of viewing resulted in an asking price offer. Thanks to Stevie the selling and buying of the properties all went extremely smoothly with no stress whatsoever. He also recommended me to a fantastic solicitor who did an equally excellent job. An amazing agent. Have worked with both Stevie and Eric for the last few years and they are an outstanding team. Stevie goes out of his way to offer the best possible service. They manage and look after our portfolio of properties and I can always sleep well knowing that they always do a fantastic job. They check out tenants properly and never just let to anyone. They do quarterly inspections and they always find me tenants for my properties. I had approached a few different agents in Borehamwood before picking Carringtons and I have never looked back. Carrington sold my property and I couldn't of been happier with the service I received. Eric and Stevie updated me with the progress regularly and the move was very swift with minimal stress.
